Usage:
1, Weighing: Prepare glue and corresponding curing agent in proportion of weight ratio. Proper increase or decrease the dosage of curing agent will accordingly shorten or stretch pot life and change properties of rubber after vulcanization;
2, Mixture: Mix the two parts of glue evenly, specific rubber mixing equipments are recommended, for instance, miniaturized planetary mixers. Pay attention to scratch the bottom and side wall of mixing containers when do it artificially;
3, Deforming: Vacuum deforming in specific rubber mixing equipments. Or, place well mixed blue together with mixing containers in vacuum blister discharging equipments for the process. In vacuum deforming process, the liquid level of the mixture may rise to the level, which expand 3 to 4 times the original volume, and then collapse with the break of form. Sustain vacuum for 4 to 6 minutes after form breaking and then release;
4, Encapsulating: Encapsulate artificially or mechanically at an environmental temperature of *5℃. Vacuum deforming is recommended after encapsulation;
5, Curing: At an environmental temperature of *5 ℃ for *4 hours. After vulcanization, it is best to deal with silicone rubber at **0℃ for 1 hour and another 1 hour at **0℃ before use.
